Dear Valued Competition Auto Group Client,

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have a profound impact on our communities, we wanted to reach out to inform you that within our organization the health and safety of our customers and employees are our first priority. Especially amid deep concerns about the spread of the virus in New York State, we want to assure you that our management team is continuously monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as from our federal, state, and local agencies to help ensure that all actions we are taking are currently in line with the latest recommendations and guidance. We are communicating regularly with our employees to keep them informed and to ensure their safety and that of our customers.

As you may already know, due to the recent NYS guidelines, we were required to suspend all non-essential operations. As a result, while our service and parts departments continue to operate with normal hours and capacity, all on-site sales operations have been temporarily suspended. However, our sales staff is very much operational from the recommended safety of their own home offices and are monitoring emails, phone calls, and text messages in order to stay in touch with and respond to our client’s needs.

Each of our websites contains full staff directories as well as electronic means of inquiring in regards to model information, lease returns, and special offerings (which we expect to be available when we are cleared to return to our normal sales operations).
