Joe is the best salesman I’ve ever had, he made this process easy and was super accommodating. I got my first BMW back in 2021 from this dealership and the experience was just as great this time as it was back then. Purchased a certified X5 45e from Competition remotely because I live a few hours away. Good communication, willing to deal. Car was as expected and photographed and I am very happy with the vehicle. However, the plug in charger that came with the car wasn’t functioning. They didn’t test it prior to pick up so I had to replace with for free under warranty from my local BMW dealership. We had a rough start with one of the sales ladies who over the phone confirmed and text at least 6 times, even the morning of, that they had the specific vehicle we were looking for. When we got there 30 mins after speaking to her, she said sorry it went out on loaner and we different ones you can look at then proceeded to tell us she was busy so Moe could assist. Jonathan was great felt techs didn't do all they should have

I took delivery of my BMW on November 1. So far everything from the ordering and buying process has been great. Last week the service department installed a new windshield after mine was damages. Everything went smooth. Definitely makes me feel like my business is appreciated.

Recently have been shopping for a nice car. I had to come to the dealership about a year ago with my family and remembered one sales lady named Anna, highly recommend. She’s probably the best person to talk too about a car that you like. Very helpful overall. For sure will be coming back soon enough to get my first car!

Walked in just to explore but did have a vehicle i wanted in mind. I worked with Sarah P. She was very pleasant and helpful. I test drove the car i wanted and was immediately sold. I told her what my budget was for monthly car payments and she passed my information along to Adam the financial advisor and they got me exactly what i wanted. I am pleased with my new 2024 X4 and highly recommend competition bmw!

This is not a surprise to me, being Greg box was our service manager. Professional through and through. I needed service with a limited window (I Travel) and they fit me in right away. I was able to get a loaner and maintain my work schedule. Car was ready the next day. Service that was needed was explained in detail. This level of service tells me the department clearly understands their clients needs and expectations. Job well done.
