Anyone would look forward to owning the 2020 BMW M4 after hearing all about its specs and features. Design & Style
This sporty car has 18-inch M alloy wheels that look magnificent, and its shark-like structure helps with the modern image of the car and is shorter, slimmer, and lower, attributing to its consistent rapid speed. Undeniably, the interior design is attractive with leather and aluminum, but as much as you need form, you need function. And function is missing in the Jaguar F-Type.
Technology & Safety
The absence of full-leather in the interior of the BMW M4 does not give a good impression, but that is soon to be forgotten when you experience the exceptional adjustable power of the front seats and the advanced safety features such as a driver’s memory system and auto-dimming rearview mirror, and collision protection and warning. The iDrive system in BMWs gives excellent response times, through a 8.8 inch touch screen, touch pad and programmable memory. Even Wi-Fi hotspot and wireless charging is available.
The 2020 Jaguar F-Type provides a safe number of support systems for safe driving. A rearview camera with front and rear parking sensors, speed limiter, brake assist, and more basic features. Its infotainment system comes with AppleCarPlay, a 10-inch touchscreen display, and a ten-speaker Meridian sound system. However, as the car is so small, the strength of the sound system is not necessary, and their inControl system, unlike BMW’s iDrive system, is laggy and complicated.
Performance
With a 3.0-liter Twin Turbo Inline-6 engine, the 2020 BMW M4 reaches a maximum output of 425 horsepower. It is much stronger than Jaguar F-Type’s 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 296 horsepower. The BMW M4 has a 6-speed manual and 7-speed automatic, while the Jaguar F-Type does not have a manual, and is 8-speed automatic.
The Bottom Line
