Start from Lido Boulevard because it is the main corridor that links Point Lookout to Loop Parkway and the Meadowbrook–Southern State network for the fastest cross-island route.

1. Head west on Lido Boulevard and enter Loop Parkway for 2.6 miles in about 4 minutes.

6. Merge onto NY-347 and NY-454 East, then keep left to stay on NY-347 East for 5.6 miles in about 8 minutes.
7. Turn left on Southern Boulevard and travel 0.6 miles in about 2 minutes.
8. Turn right onto Middle Country Road and continue 472 feet for about 1 minute to arrive at 599 Middle Country Road on the left.
